Recently, TGPRO New Energy announced the latest operational update of its large-scale solar-storage-diesel integrated project in Nigeria. Since its official commissioning in December 2025, the project has been running stably for six consecutive months, with all equipment operating efficiently and reliably, earning high recognition from local clients.

The project adopts TGPRO’s self-developed all-in-one solar-storage-diesel energy solution, featuring a 500kW photovoltaic system, 500kW PCS energy storage converter, 500kW ATS automatic transfer switch system, and 1044kWh high-performance battery storage system. Equipped with an isolation transformer and seamless on-grid/off-grid switching capability, the system can efficiently adapt to complex and unstable local power conditions.

As one of Africa’s key energy markets, Nigeria has long faced challenges such as unstable power grids and high diesel generation costs. In response to local energy demands, TGPRO customized a comprehensive energy solution integrating solar power generation, energy storage regulation, and diesel generator coordination, effectively improving power supply stability while significantly reducing diesel consumption and operating costs.

During the past six months of operation, the system has consistently maintained efficient and stable performance. During daytime, the photovoltaic system prioritizes powering loads while simultaneously charging the batteries. At night or during cloudy weather, the energy storage system automatically supplies power, while diesel generators provide support when necessary, ensuring uninterrupted 24-hour power supply. The seamless grid/off-grid switching process effectively guarantees continuous operation of critical equipment.

Notably, the project’s isolation transformer design not only enhances system safety but also improves adaptability to challenging grid environments. Even under frequent voltage fluctuations and harsh local conditions, the system continues to deliver stable output, fully demonstrating the reliability of TGPRO products in overseas high-temperature, high-humidity, and unstable power environments.

According to customer feedback, since the project was commissioned, the stability of on-site power supply has significantly improved, diesel usage frequency has been greatly reduced, and overall operational efficiency has been effectively enhanced. After six months of continuous operation, the system has become one of the successful benchmark cases for renewable energy applications in the local market.

In recent years, TGPRO has continued to expand its presence in overseas energy storage markets.
