Service capacity

We have established well-developed after-sales service outlets in multiple markets worldwide and have jointly built after-sales service stations with customers. Currently, the outlet layout in markets such as South Africa and Pakistan has been completed. Our service system includes: a global service network to ensure rapid response to customer needs. We provide sufficient spare parts storage and logistics services to ensure quick replacement and repair. We offer regular maintenance and debugging, customer guidance and training, spare parts support, and regular inspections during the warranty period to ensure the long-term stable operation of the products.

Manufacturing capabilities

TGPRO possesses strong manufacturing capabilities and has a large-scale, intelligent and lean production system. Its modern production base is well-structured, with an annual production capacity of 10GWh. It is equipped with high-precision CNC machines and an intelligent factory system, ensuring efficient and precise production. The strict quality management system (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 certifications) and the full-process control ensure that the product defect rate is far lower than the industry standard. Vertical integration of the supply chain and lean management optimize costs, while green manufacturing reduces energy consumption. The global installed capacity of TGPRO products has exceeded 10GWh. A comprehensive service system has been established worldwide, and more new products are about to be launched.

The global installation volume of household energy storage products that have obtained TUV UL certification has exceeded 5GWh, with over 500,000 energy storage systems operating stably in more than 130 countries and regions.

The ESS energy storage integrated system has been launched and is now available for sale.

The domestically developed household hybrid inverter and off-grid inverter have been put on the market for sale.
